This is me, our home, who I am and what I like to do.


I’m so tired of recipe sites with pop ups, scrolling ads, click bait or sign in requirements. I’m always creating recipes, so it just made sense to diarise them here, share with my family and have them for future reference.




















I began eating keto/LCHF over 4 years ago and slowly but surely have lost about 20 lbs. It’s been a long journey. At first I started for weight reasons, but the health benefits were so startling that losing weight was soon at the bottom of the list.

To feel clear headed, sleep better, general feeling of well being, more energy, better digestion, improved eyesight, less headaches and rhinitis … and more nuanced health benefits, were convincing enough.

All the posts you will see here will be after I’ve cooked or baked a recipe, no frills! Either fresh out the oven or maybe the next day.

Just the recipe and amateur pics posted on my phone … simply keto!

Plus, it’s a great way of collating my fave’ recipes to reference and share with friends.




My interests are simple too! When I’m not at work, I love to be home with my partner and our cats.

When we’re not cooking, gaming or gardening together, we’re watching a film. I love to grow roses!

I also love to listen to my partner play guitar. When possible we do a little travel or camp and sometimes I like to knit or paint fantasy miniatures.
