Keto Flaxchia Porridge with blueberries and cream

Porridge. Such a strange word!

This was my breakfast yesterday and was delicious. I added a bit of almond flour too, to soften the texture and it was a good call.

When you’re in the mood for a healthy hearty bowl of goodness – this is it. It was probably my carb count for the day, so be aware of that too.

Boil a kettle! Grab your go-to bowl that makes you happy in your cupboard and assemble these ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup blueberries
  2. 1 tablespoon water

Microwave for 2 minutes then add the following to the fruit, covering with boiling hot water.

  1. 2 tbls chia seeds
  2. 2 tbls ground flax
  3. 2 tbls ground almond
  4. about 1/3 cup boiled water
  5. 2 tsp keto friendly sweetener

Stir well and let stand a few minutes.

Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
