Keto Coffee Creamer

Iced Coffee

Overtones of caramel and butterscotch, this is a delicious creamy sweet treat!

Quick to put together but it does take patience to reduce by simmering liquid in a pot to about half its volume. This creamer is worth the stirring!

  • 1/2 stick butter unsalted (2oz)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk (I used almond)
  • 1/2 heaped cup brown keto sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence


Melt and gently lightly brown the butter in a pot until just golden.

Add the cream and nut milk to the butter then bring up to a boil.

Turn down the heat to a simmering temp.

Simmer gently stirring with a whisk until about half of the original volume.

I pulled up a stool, listened to a book while browsing my phone and slowly whisking now and then.

Cool when reduced and if its lumpy give it a quick blend but if you’re diligent about stirring, it should be totally fine.

Don’t expect it to be thick, it will be more like heavy cream.

Refrigerate and use within 2 week’s.

Good over fresh berries, keto muesli, in your cocoa or iced coffee.
