- Mix all the sauce ingredients together
- Slice fresh green cabbage into thin strips
- Toss cabbage into dressing
- Top with sliced scallions or a finely sliced shallot, extra sesame seeds or furikake and if you like, shredded seaweed
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
- Is best eaten on the same day.
