Quick Asian Slaw

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together
  2. Slice fresh green cabbage into thin strips
  3. Toss cabbage into dressing
  4. Top with sliced scallions or a finely sliced shallot, extra sesame seeds or furikake and if you like, shredded seaweed
  5. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
  6. Is best eaten on the same day.
