I had these wonderful but intimidatingly large pork loin chops. With some dry rub seasoning and butter they turned out tender and delicious.
4 pork chops (thick cut)
2 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbl dried oregano
2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tbsp pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup packed brown keto sugar
4 tbsp softened butter
Mix your seasoning in the pan you’re using to bake this in.
Rub the pork chops well pressing on the spices.
Set oven to 350F and bake until chops are 165F or cooked to your liking.
It was quick and simple, and I paired this with a medley of roasted veggies.
